Our fabrication partners operate fully equipped shops capable of handling pipe sizes from ½" through 60" in diameter. All work is performed under strict QA/QC programs with ASME Section IX-qualified welders and comprehensive weld-mapping documentation.
Prefabricated spool pieces reduce on-site labor costs and compress project timelines. We coordinate shop drawings, material procurement, and fabrication sequencing to align with your construction schedule.
Installation & Commissioning
Field installation services include pipe laying, welding, bolt-up, and alignment for above-ground and below-ground piping systems. Our crews are experienced across refineries, petrochemical plants, power facilities, and midstream gathering systems.
- Tie-in Management: Hot taps, line stops, and shutdowns planned and executed with zero-incident focus.
- Hydrostatic Testing: Pressure testing per ASME B31.3, B31.4, and B31.8 with full documentation and certificate packages.
- Commissioning Support: Pre-commissioning, line cleaning, and turnover procedures coordinated with operations.

We source and supply a complete range of pipeline materials and components, leveraging established relationships with mills, foundries, and specialty manufacturers worldwide.
- Pipe: Seamless, ERW, and LSAW in carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex, super duplex, and nickel alloys.
- Fittings & Flanges: Butt-weld, socket-weld, and threaded fittings from 150# through 2500# ratings.
